Postnatal Yoga
During pregnancy and motherhood, our bodies, minds, and souls undergo profound transformations. Physically, emotionally, and spiritually, we are forever changed. We are no longer the same, and that is perfectly okay, perhaps even something to celebrate!
My postnatal yoga classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body and yourself, in whatever form that may now be. These sessions encourage you to meet yourself where you are, through guided breathwork, movement, and meditation, fostering self-discovery without expectation or judgment.
These classes are suitable at any stage of your postnatal journey, once you have received clearance from your doctor to resume gentle exercise (typically 6 to 10 weeks post-birth).
