Hi there and welcome to Mama & Me. My name is Valerie Johnston & I live in the picturesque village of Ashford, Co. Wicklow. Along for the ride is my husband, our 4 kiddies, 2 dogs, 3 cats & a bunny!!!

My children are the reason that I was first inspired to create my business back in 2011. What began with baby massage classes in my living room, soon grew to include mum & baby yoga, toddler & preschool yoga, and pregnancy yoga.

Over the years, as our family size increased, so did my passion for all things pregnancy & baby! I am continuously adding to my knowledge & experiences so that I can give the best to my clients. 

As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Reflexologist, Massage Therapist & Yoga Instructor specialing in fertility, pregnancy, and the postnatal period, the aim of Mama & Me is to support and empower women in their journeys to motherhood, as well as in those earliest weeks and months.

Classes and treatments are a safe space to ask questions, share stories, and learn from one another. I hope to see you at a class, workshop, or treatment session soon!
